The "Pianellina" holiday flat is located on a hillside in the picturesque mountain village of Calozzo above Pianello del Lario, on the shores of Lake Como. The flat is located on the ground floor of a two-family house. A large gate leads uphill to the house via a short driveway.

Directly in front of your flat is your garden area with a breathtaking panoramic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The garden is equipped with a Hollywood swing, dining table and chairs as well as deckchairs - here you can enjoy the fantastic lake and mountain views.

A brick-built barbecue invites you to spend cosy evenings outdoors and prepare delicious meals. Sufficient wood is available.

The outside entrance leads through a hallway into the large living area with open-plan kitchen and large windows offering breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The bright and modern kitchen is fully equipped and has a small counter with bar stools that tastefully demarcates the transition to the living room. Here you can enjoy your meals in comfort or simply relax in the living room with a large sofa, a TV, a dining table and a fireplace. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and cannot be connected, but the atmosphere is still cosy.

Auf der rechten Seite des Flurs gelangen Sie zu den drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Das seeseitige Doppelbettschlafzimmer bietet einen malerischen Blick auf den See, das Einzelbettschlafzimmer ist optional mit einem zweiten Ausziehbett ausgestattet. Bergseitig finden Sie ist ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett sowie zwei Bäder. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Das erste Bad verfügt über Dusche, Waschbecken und WC, das zweite Bad ist mit Badewanne, Waschbecken, WC und Bidet ausgestattet.

Für Ihre Unterhaltung gibt es Spiele und Bücher.

In ca. 1 km Entfernung erreichen Sie den See zu Fuß in ca. 15-20 Minuten oder in 3 Minuten mit dem PKW. Pianello del Lario hat schöne, teilweise flache Strände und lange Uferwege zu Spazieren, Joggen und Radfahren. In Pianello gibt es eine Surf- und Kiteschule und ist ein schöner Spot für Wassersport. Direkt am See befinden sich einige gute Restaurants und Strandbar mit Cafè und Restaurant.

Im Haus befinden sich zwei Wohnungen. Im Ergeschoss befindet sich Ihre Ferienwohnung "Pianellina". Die obere Wohnung wird von den zuvorkommenden und herzlichen Eigentümern nur sporadisch als Wochenend- und Ferienwohnung genutzt, Sie genießen also meist Ihre Ruhe.
