Settle into the reclining sofa in the living room and enjoy views of the pond and sunsets, gather around the wood-burning stove on chilly evenings or prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a relaxed dinner at home in the fully equipped kitchen.
Rest Easy After a day of exploring the property, retreat to one of two comfortable bedrooms. The spacious primary bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, and a dedicated vanity station. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed along with a desk/workspace. Both beds are layered with premium natural bedding, including 100% linen sheets.
The large bathroom features two separate vanities, plenty of storage, a spacious glass walk-in shower, and plush linens.
Game, Fitness & Relaxation The converted garage adds a fun, flexible space to your stay, with a dedicated fitness area and TV, a game area stocked with board games and outdoor games, and a private hot tub for relaxing year-round. On nice days, open the overhead garage doors and let the outdoors in. The space opens directly onto the expansive paved area, where you can bring out the games, grill, and chairs and enjoy the fresh air and surrounding views.
Explore the Grounds There’s plenty to explore across the 40 acres. Out front, open fields surround the pond, where you can spend a quiet morning watching birds and wildlife or, when water levels allow, take the rowboat out for a peaceful float.
Behind the house, trails wind through the woods and lead into a peaceful meadow dotted with trees. Pack a picnic and find a favorite spot to spend the afternoon.
When the gardens are in season, guests are welcome to explore, pick a bouquet of flowers, gather fresh vegetables and herbs, or enjoy berries and apples growing around the property.
