APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

2½ room apartment with approx. 60 m² on the 1st floor with lift. Entrance with coat rack, living / dining area, exit to a small balcony with mountain view. Television and internet. Small separate kitchen with oven, fridge, coffee machine and dishwasher. Bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with bathtub, sink and bidet. One garage parking space. Laundry room and ski room.

The bed in the bedroom was replaced by a normal double bed in spring 2025. New photos will follow.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Chesa Quadratscha is located in a quiet and sunny location near the center of Samedan. The house is nearby to shops and restaurants. The train station and bus stop are a 5-minute walk away.

Excellent communications despite booking only a few days prior to stay. Really appreciated ease of picking up and leaving keys to flat. Lovely apartment with wonderful views to Piz Palue etc. Quiet and very convenient both for buses and trains. Apartment was well equipped.
