This beautiful vacation apartment on the 3rd floor offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Kühlungsborn is a beautiful vacation destination right on the Baltic Sea. The apartment is located in the western part of town, which is a bit quieter but still offers excellent amenities. The Balticplatz, with its promenade, restaurants, and shops, is a 15-minute walk away.
The apartment is located in an apartment building, diagonally across from an Edeka supermarket. The kitchen-living room, featuring a fully integrated kitchen with an oven and dishwasher, is separated from the dining and living areas by a charming spiral staircase. The round dining table with four chairs offers plenty of space. The cozy sleeper sofa invites you to lounge and can be converted into a comfortable double bed in just a few simple steps. The south-facing bedroom offers a beautiful view of the courtyard and garden area and features a double bed and built-in closets with plenty of storage space. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a heated mirror, and a sink. A staircase in the dining and living area leads up to a converted attic (headroom 140 m). Here, you can relax, read, or enjoy the magnificent view of the Bastorf lighthouse, or look eastward to see the Baltic Sea over the rooftops.
The garden features a cozy seating area with a fire pit, grill, and beach chairs. One floor below is a balcony where you can have breakfast and, in the evening, enjoy the end of the day with a magnificent sunset.
A parking space is available free of charge directly in front of the house (on the property), and a lockable bike shed is located in the courtyard.
There’s a small carpentry shop next to the house, but it’s hardly a nuisance. It’s closed on weekends and after 4 p.m. Bicycles can be provided for a small fee.
A family of two (the landlords) lives on the lower floors, and a retiree lives on the middle floor.
