The bright living area with an integrated kitchenette is perfect for sharing vacation moments and enjoying cozy evenings together. The apartment has two separate bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and another with two single beds—ideal for families or small travel groups.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a toilet, offering additional comfort during your stay. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available.

Pets and smoking are not permitted in the apartment. A washing machine and dryer are available for use in the common area of the underground parking garage for a fee. Outdoor parking space No. 48 is assigned to the apartment.

A special highlight: The swimming pool and sauna at the neighboring recreation center are available during their respective opening hours—and for some apartments, even free of charge. Dogs are also welcome in select apartments. Beach access, relaxation, and that Baltic Sea vibe—all right at your doorstep!
