4 bedroom gorgeous home in Bergerac

This former watermill by the river is set in 10 hectares of parkland with meadows and woodland. The first floor has a bright living area with dining area, lounge, relaxation play area and a separate kitchen. There is also a bedroom and a bathroom on this floor. As you ascend the wooden staircase, there are a further three bedrooms on the second floor, as well as a separate WC and a private terrace with picturesque views of the countryside. Outside there is a 4 hectare park with lush vegetation, a nearby river and a canal running under the house. On the outdoor terrace with seating and barbecue you can relax and enjoy the sound of running water and al fresco dining. The mill is located 4km outside the famous town of Bergerac where you can enjoy boat trips along the river and a market on Saturdays as well as all the local stores, bars and restaurants. Note: The technical parts of the mill are not accessible and parental supervision is recommended for children due to the nearby river.
