Private: property 4'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular, heated (55 m2, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna, central heating system, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 1.6 km, bus stop 1.2 km, railway station 2.3 km, pebble beach 3.6 km. Please note: airfield 6 km from the property.
5-room house 116 m2. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 x 1 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 1 ceramic glass hob hotplate, 3 gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. 2 showers/WC.
