Family-friendly Luxury Stone Villa Flying Stars, an exclusive holiday complex built from stone in traditional Dalmatian style. The interior and exterior of the spacious luxury villa are designed as a new home for several families with children, which can comfortably accommodate 14 people.
The (mobile high covers) swimming pool is also heated, so you can enjoy swimming all the time regardless of the weather. On several thousand square meters of private property that is fenced, without other visitors and the usual crowds, guests have at their disposal facilities for the rest of their soul and body. Cooler nights than on the sea coast, undiscovered sounds of nature, clean rural air, privacy, and peace, guarantee a pleasant sleep and the awakening of positive sensations.
The perfect location of the villa is hidden in the mountain landscape, not far from the old Dalmatian towns by the sea: Split, Trogir, Šibenik... half an hour by car and you are already there.
Villa Flying Stars is designed in such a way that on the first floor there are all six bedrooms for a maximum of 14 people. Each guest has a bathroom, air conditioning, Sat/Smart TV, desk and chair in their room.
A large staircase leads down to the ground floor, where guests spend most of their time while staying in the house. The fully equipped kitchen according to the highest professional standards is suitable for preparing all kinds of food and drinks. Two large dining rooms: inside the house and on the terrace of the house.
A fun corner for playing billiards, table tennis or darts. Men's and women's toilets on the ground floor.
Ground floor: professionally decorated and equipped kitchen, men's and women's toilet, dining room, living room, playroom, large covered terrace of 100 m2.
After sunbathing and swimming, it's the right time to prepare a delicious barbecue or to relax in the shade of the large covered terrace. Two large lanes on an unforgettable bowling alley will replace indoor bowling. Visiting the family museum and visiting the old hearth is an experience that takes guests back to several hundred years of history and the difficult way of life of our ancestors from the family tree.
Video surveillance outside the facility is an added security for guests.
Several thousand square meters of outdoor space is surrounded by a forged fence and guarantees privacy to all guests. For the safety of guests, the parking lot for more than 6 cars is fenced.
Security deposit - 500 Euros, if you do damage to the accommodation, the compensation for damage can be up to 500 Euros. The deposit is refunded if no damage has occurred, at check-out.
Pet Fee - 7 EUR/day.
