AMENITIES: The 60 m² accommodation features a living room with a queen-size sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, comfortably sleeping 4. High-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for remote work, two smart TVs with streaming services, and a washing machine are provided. Bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, and entrance have underfloor heating; the living room also offers a fireplace. A baby crib and children’s toys are available. Guests can enjoy a private garden and a covered terrace.



LOCATION: The property is directly on cycling and hiking trails in the Taunus and towards Wiesbaden. The half-timbered town of Idstein is 8 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot via a hiking path.



PARKING: Free street parking is available.



PETS: Up to 3 dogs are welcome at no extra charge. Two orthopedic dog beds (sizes L and XXL) with faux leather covers are provided.



SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside or anywhere on the property. As the house and garden furniture are partly wooden, strict no-smoking rules apply throughout.



PARTIES: Private events are not allowed.



ACCESSIBILITY: The interior and garden are step-free; 5 steps lead up to the courtyard entrance.



GENERAL INFO: The house was fully renovated in 2022. It features eco-friendly cellulose insulation, triple-glazed soundproof windows, and sustainably generated electricity and hot water.
