2 bedroom accommodation in Egmond aan Zee

Please note: in mid-January 2024, the entire apartment will be restyled and equipped with HR+ insulating glass, a new PVC floor, luxurious Swiss-Sense Box Spring beds, new furniture and new/additional Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms. A new kitchen will also be installed with an induction hob, fridge/freezer combination, combination oven/microwave, dishwasher and new kitchen inventory. (New photos will follow as soon as February/March 2024!)
The description below is for arrivals from March 2024!
 
The living room has plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the fantastic view. There is a digital Smart TV with built-in Chromecast, so you can also enjoy your own films, series or sports matches, and a fast WiFi connection. There is garden furniture on the adjacent west-facing balcony to enjoy the outdoors. Due to its ideal location, you can often sit sheltered from the wind and enjoy the beautiful sunset in the summer months!
 
The open kitchen has been completely renovated and equipped with, among other things, an induction hob, fridge/freezer, combination oven/microwave, dishwasher and kitchen inventory. A Senseo, Nespresso and quick filter coffee maker are available.
 
Swiss Sense Box-Spring beds: the 2 bedrooms are equipped with luxurious and comfortable Swiss Sense Box-Spring beds (2 separate mattresses 90cm*200cm + topper 180cm*200cm). Experience the carefree feeling of a hotel!
 
The master bedroom is located on the sea side of the apartment. From your comfortable and luxurious Swiss Sense Box-spring bed you have a beautiful view of the beach, sea and dunes. It has a digital Smart TV with built-in Chromecast.
 
The 2nd bedroom is located on the village side. From this bedroom you have a view of the village and dunes. It has a digital Smart TV with built-in Chromecast.
 
If you have children traveling with you, the minimum age for this apartment is from 10 years.
 
The house has 1 garage (height 1.97m x width 2.30m) at your disposal, suitable for 1 car. This is located at the bottom of the Sterflat complex. You must use this parking facility. If your car does not fit in the garage, we will be happy to inform you about possible parking options.
 
You will receive a maximum of 2 entrance tickets for the North Holland Dune Reserve. Check-in time for this property is from 3:00 PM.
 
 
You pay a deposit of € 150.00. This will be refunded to your account within 7 working days after departure.
