The light-filled, high-quality, comfortable, modern, and elegantly furnished “Zingst” apartment on the 2nd floor of the “Deichgraf” building is located directly behind the dike.

The large open-concept living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen is bright and offers access to the southwest-facing balcony with side views of the dike and the sea. In the evening, relax and wind down with a glass of wine as you watch the sunset.
From the bedroom, you can step out onto the north-facing balcony, which offers a direct view of the dike—and you can even see the Baltic Sea shimmering through the small dune forest.
Showering to the sound of the sea? You can do just that in the shower room with its large window.

The underground parking garage is located directly beneath the house—here you’ll find a parking space as well as a separately lockable storage room, accessible only to you, for your bicycles, beach gear, and swimming equipment.

The “Zingst” vacation rental is located 800 m from the pier, in the exceptionally beautiful “Deichgraf” building, and is in a quiet setting.
Thanks to its location right behind the dike, you can walk to the beach in the morning wearing just your bathrobe to take your first swim of the day, or even watch the New Year’s Eve fireworks right from the apartment.
