This holiday apartment for up to 3 people, renovated in 2018, is located on the top floor of the owner's house in a quiet location on the outskirts of a housing estate, only approx. 200 m from the Müritz and the popular circular cycle path. Restaurants, the harbour and a farmers' market with baked goods, among other things, are within walking distance.



The cosy non-smoking apartment with separate entrance is centrally heated and has a living room (sofa bed for one person, flat-screen TV with DVD player), a bedroom (double bed), a mini-kitchen with dining area in the hallway (electric hob, fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee machine) and bathroom with shower/WC as well as insect screens on the windows. The staircase to the apartment leads through the hallway of a currently unoccupied apartment on the mezzanine floor.



Guests also have access to a seating area in the garden, car park, barbecue, bicycle storage and storage facilities, a charging station for electric cars, a cot and free Wi-Fi. A pick-up service from Waren (Müritz) railway station is available on request.



The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen and towels as well as water and energy consumption. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets: Pets are allowed in this property.



The state-approved resort of Klink - charmingly situated on an isthmus between the Müritz (Germany's largest inland lake) and the Kölpinsee - has developed into a popular holiday destination. The spa town of Waren (Müritz) is only approx. 6 km away and can be easily reached by bus or boat, and Klink has a castle worth seeing, several beaches, a landing stage for passenger boats, a marina, boat and bicycle hire, minigolf, a salt cave, tennis and bowling facilities in winter, restaurants and shops, including a supermarket. The popular and well-known Müritz cycle route runs directly through the village and can be combined with trips on the passenger boat. Golf, fitness, wellness, sauna and swimming pool can be found in Göhren-Lebbin (approx. 12 km), the motorway access is approx. 17 km away.
