This cosy and family-friendly holiday apartment for up to 4 adults and 1 baby is quietly located right next to the forest on the approx. 1,700 m² residential property in the basement of the owner's house. The Klein Plastener See lake and the Schlosshotel Groß Plasten are about a 10-minute walk away, and beautiful cycle tours can be started directly from the property.



The approx. 55 square metre non-smoking apartment with separate entrance is centrally heated and has a large living room (sofa bed for two people, TV, radio, CD and DVD player) with open-plan kitchen (dining counter, electric cooker, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower/WC and insect screens on the windows.



There is also a seating area in the large garden, a barbecue, car park, bicycle storage, WLAN and a high chair for the children's dining area. The playground equipment in the garden may be used. Final cleaning, water and energy consumption are included in the total price. Pets are not allowed in this property.



Groß Plasten is a small community in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District, approx. 12 km from the tourist attraction Waren (Müritz). The village is characterised above all by the nationally renowned castle hotel and the idyllic Klein Plastener See lake. Due to its proximity to the Müritz National Park, the national nature monument "Ivenacker Eichen" with its treetop path and the forest and lake-rich surroundings, Klein Plasten is the ideal starting point for numerous activities, and in addition to hidden natural bathing spots on the surrounding lakes, there are beautiful bathing opportunities in the public swimming pool on the Müritz in Waren (approx. 13 km) or in the idyllically situated outdoor forest pool in the Reuterstadt Stavenhagen (approx. 18 km).
