Ground floor: living room, dining room, American kitchen.
1st floor 3 bedrooms so one with shower room, bathroom, 2 WC.
Very well equipped.
A large shaded terrace, offering the possibility of eating outside in the height of summer and when the mistral is blowing very hard.
Pool: 3. 80 - 6. 70 - 1.50 salt treatment.
At your disposal two bikes.


Carqueiranne seaside resort at 7 km of coastline, located between Hyères and Toulon, 'beau Rivage', 'Pins Penchés', classified sites, which tilt their curious trees above the sea, the' Colle Noire 'or' Le Petit Lac 'are so many gems of unspoiled nature. Its coastline is one of the wildest and most sought after in the department.



For the little ones: travel cot, changing mat, high chair and stroller will be loaned to you free of charge on request.
The swimming pool is protected by a barrier.

Beautiful accommodation

This is a beautiful property conveniently situated between l’Almanarre and Carqueiranne. Two good size double rooms and a smaller room with an en-suite. It’s quirky but in a good way. There were five sun loungers in good condition. The view from the bedroom balconies is magnificent. The pool was clean and clearly well maintained. The local manager were friendly and helpful. Kitchen was well stocked as you’d expect in a family home.

Charming house by the sea

This house was perfect for my family. My kids absolutely loved the pool, and they had space to run and play in the well maintained front yard. The beach and sea are just a short 3 minute walk from the house-private and amazingly beautiful!! The house was well equipped with everything you might need-2 refrigerators, bikes, washing machine, iron, grill,etc. The outside patio with dining table under the vines of grapes was the best for eating outside with the family! The house was clean and the owner Annie was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this property

Beautiful place

We enjoyed our stay in this property very much! The owner and the property manager are very friendly and reachable if needed. We had really nice communication with them! We thank them sincerely for making us welcome. The house is well equipped with all the necessary things ( and even more than necessary). The garden, the covered patio and the swimming pool are marvellous! We even had an access to a small private beach! We didn't go swimming there because of stones but it's lovely for listening to the sea while getting your feet wet! The surrounding area is fantastic! Beautiful beaches within 7-10 minutes drive, 25 minutes walking to the town center with many really nice restaurants. We had two small dogs with us and we were pleasantly surprised to find a doggie beach not far away. There are plenty of activities for all age groups from small children to somewhat older folk - amusement park, mini- golf, wind surfing, go karting, canoeing, walking, and many many more! There are bikes in the house which one can use for trips to the beach or town center or just for a bike ride. We had really lovely, very enjoyable time in this house. If the opportunity presents we will come again gladly!

Magical Stay

Magical house, position & owner. Hovering high over surroundings, floating serene, at end of long winding road, pretty, well-loved family home, spacious & charmingly presented. Eclectic touches, are entrancing & engaging, making it feel cared for, welcoming, and personal. Well-equipped kitchen makes it a pleasure, to prepare local produce. At busy termination of quiet street, where it takes off onto motorway, there is low traffic hum; nothing too distracting. Beautifully maintained garden, with raised terrace, pergola and pool, & several seating areas, following sun, feels enclosed and cocooned. Elevated eyrie, though shrouded by greenery opposite, sea can be spied, in its fascinating moods, from top floor windows. Added bonus: key to padlock, to gate, to path, through spiky shrubbery, to rusty fallen portal, opening onto secret cove, where water laps your feet, & sun sets over shimmering infinity of sea to sky. Surreal seascape, at a curve in road, by donkey paddock; only accessible to houses on this road; feels like exclusive privilege. Conveniently located to explore stunning surroundings; jaw dropping vistas of sweeping seas, scattered with charming, picture-perfect towns/villages, dotted with beaches, and hidden bays. As expected in France, food is an obsession, & myriad markets provide irresistible temptations: framework for foodie itinerary. 7 nights was not long enough to fully explore. Wir - eine Familie mit drei Kindern und Hund - hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem traumhaften Haus. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und die Räume sind sehr großzügig. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und perfekt zum Planschen und Schwimmen. Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool - mit Zugang zum Meer (kurzer Fußweg) Positiv:- wunderschönes Haus mit Garten/ Pool- sehr nette/engagierte Vermieterin (schnelle Unterstützung bei Problen mit dem Pool) Negativ:- Aufgrund der hohen Lufttemperaturen war der Pool sehr trüb (Algenbildung), wurde aber durch Vermieterin schnell behoben)

une très belle semaine

la maison est très bien située, à quelques dizaines de mètres du bord de mer et à quelques km de la presqu'ile de Gien. La piscine est très agréable, sans vis à vis et le jardin bien agencé. Nous n'avons jamais souffert de la chaleur ni du monde, en plein mois d'aout. Notre hôte s'est adaptée à nos horaires de départ et d'arrivée et a fait le maximum pour résoudre les quelques difficultés logistiques qui se sont présentées.

Es war rundherum ein gelungener vierwöchiger Urlaub in einem absoluten Traumhaus in toller Umgebung.Wir durften die Besitzerin kennenlernen, die einfach wunderbar und sehr freundlich ist.Die Kommunikation vorab und während des Aufenthaltes war absolut Top. Das haben wir in unseren zahlreichen Frankreich Urlauben zuvor noch nicht erlebt.Auch die Familie der Besitzerin kümmert sich sehr liebevoll um alles und ist super freundlich. Dazu kommt noch eine sehr nette Nachbarfamilie. Auf dem abschließbaren Gelände des Nachbarn haben wir zusätzlich günstig einen Parkplatz mieten können, was absolut empfehlenswert war. Der Parkplatz ist videoüberwacht und alarmgesichert.Sprechen Sie hierzu am Besten die Besitzerin vorher an. Sie kümmert sich wirklich um alle Extra Wünsche und versucht alles möglich zu machen.Zum Haus selber können wir sagen, dass es absolut den Bildern entspricht. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche, was man benötigt. Ein absoluter Traum.Im tollen Garten mit sehr angenehmen Salzwasser Pool waren unsere Akkus nach einer Woche bereits aufgeladen.Dazu kommt die tolle Umgebung, die sehr freundlichen Einwohner und die zahlreichen Strände. Der Strand von Carqueirranne und Beau Rivage sowie der Strand von L almannare absolut empfehlenswert und alles in der Nähe erreichbar.Einen reinen Hundestrand gibt es an der D49, Richtung Le Lavandou, nennt sich Le Merou. Ebenfalls sehr schön gelegen.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Merveilleuse maison

Just a Dream

Wir hatten eine einfach unglaubliche Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr, sehr freundlich und hat uns bei allem sofort geholfen. Die Lage ist toll. Und den Pool konnten wir sogar im November noch nutzen.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Umgebung

Wir haben mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern Urlaub in diesem beeindruckenden Haus gemacht und haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen. Vor allem die wunderschöne Terrasse, der Pool und die supergut ausgestattete Küche waren richtig toll. Carqueiranne und sein Hafen haben uns ebenfalls sehr sehr gut gefallen! Danke auch an Mme.D. für die gute Kommunikation! Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder!

Parfait pour des vacances en famille

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine de vacances en famille dans cette jolie maison. Les extérieurs sont charmants et l'accès 100m à la plage privée est un vrai plus en fin de journée pour apprécier le couché de soleil et prendre l'apéro. L'intérieur est jolie et en très bon état. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et bien équipée. La maison est idéalement Située entre Hyeres et Carqueiranne, et donne accès rapidement au bars, restaurants, plages et port. Un Spot idéal pour des vacances d'été.

Stilvolles Haus mit großem Wohlfühlfaktor

Wir haben uns in diesem schönen Haus gleich wohl gefühlt und sofort mit dem Urlaub genießen anfangen können. Ich werde dieses Haus auf jeden Fall Freunden weiter empfehlen. Der quasi private Zugang zum Strand war ein zusätzliches großes Plus. Gerne hätten wir die Besitzerin persönlich kennen gelernt, da die Konversation mit Ihr so zugewandt war.

Une parenthèse enchantée

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, la maison est très belle, très bien située pour profiter de tous les sites aux alentours. Nous avons également profité de l'accès à la petite plage privée, nous offrant un moment au calme absolu. Mme Duboeuf nous a très bien accueillis et s'est assurée que nous n'ayons besoin de rien. Nous reviendrons avec joie!
