The approximately 61 m² holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the Having building, part of the “Meeresblick Residenzen” complex—built in a modern seaside resort style—on a spacious garden lot on the edge of a nature reserve with an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea and the Bodden landscape. Despite its prime location on the outskirts of town on a quiet side street in the southern part of the Baltic Sea resort of Göhren, the town centre—with its bus stop, numerous shopping options, and restaurants—is just a 5-minute walk away. It’s about a 7-minute walk to the four-kilometer-long, natural South Beach and just under 10 minutes to the lively three-kilometer-long North Beach. Haus Having Apartment No. 36 with a balcony and ocean view:

This non-smoking holiday apartment, awarded four stars by the DTV, accommodates up to 4 adults + 1 toddler up to 3 years old in a travel cot, with approximately 61 square metres of space, and is located on the 2nd floor of Haus Having. It is bright and cheerfully decorated in warm tones, furnished with high-quality yet functional furnishings, and offers a sophisticated ambiance. The hallway in the apartment’s entryway features a coat rack with a shoe bench and a wall mirror, as well as a large closet with ample storage space. The spacious living room with a large window wall is furnished with a cosy couch, a coffee table, an armchair with a footstool, a reading lamp, a desk, a smart TV, a Blu-ray player, a Yamaha mini stereo system with Bluetooth and USB ports, a DAB radio, as well as reading material about Rügen and board games. A Wi-Fi connection, which is included for you, rounds out the technological amenities. On the large, south-facing, largely covered balcony—complete with seating, a parasol, and a fold-out sun lounger—you can sunbathe to your heart’s content, enjoy a relaxed breakfast, and take in a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea and the Mönchgut Peninsula. The living area features a fully equipped kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, blender, coffee maker, Senseo pod coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and various kitchen utensils. A comfortable dining area with leather cantilever chairs adjoins the kitchenette. In the first bedroom, you’ll find a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m / H2/3) with adjustable slatted frames, nightstands, a chair, a large wardrobe, and a TV. The second, slightly smaller bedroom features a French bed (1.40 x 2.00 m, full-length mattress/H3) with a nightstand and a wardrobe, as well as an ironing board and iron. To ensure a restful night’s sleep, both bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains, insect screens, and light-colored solid wood furniture. The en suite bathroom, featuring a toilet, sink, and shower, also includes a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, a stool, and ample storage space. All rooms feature vinyl flooring. Pets are not allowed. A private parking space (No. 36) next to the house, as well as a lockable bicycle storage area, are available for your use. You can also easily charge your e-bikes here. A washing machine and dryer are available for your exclusive use in a separate room at Haus Kaming. An initial set of linens (complete bedding, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) is included. If you purchase two or more packages, you’ll receive one tea towel and one shower mat as a one-time addition. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
