The 89 m² holiday apartment is located on the top floor of our residential building in a very quiet setting on the edge of a residential area with unobstructed views of nature. Access to the apartment is via a separate outdoor staircase. Two bedrooms, each with two beds, and two sleeper sofas in the living room provide accommodation for up to 6 people. The apartment has been completely renovated and refurnished.
Our fair offer: there are NO ADDITIONAL UTILITY COSTS! - What this means for you: towels, bed linens, final cleaning, water, electricity, heating, free Wi-Fi, and free parking are all included.

Interior features: Both bedrooms are equipped with satellite TV. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for self-catering, and the dishwasher saves you the trouble of doing the dishes. The bathroom features a shower, corner tub, toilet, sink, washing machine, a large mirror, and plenty of storage space. In the spacious living room, you’ll find two comfortable sofas, a dining table with six leather chairs, a computer workstation, and, of course, plenty of entertainment electronics. The hi-fi system not only plays CDs and MP3s, but you can also play “your” music via the USB port and SD card. Enjoy DVDs and satellite TV on our 42-inch HD flat-screen TV. Books, board games, game collections, playing cards, and puzzles are provided. The apartment is non-smoking. However, a balcony or designated smoking area is available for smokers. Pets are not allowed. Ample parking is available on the property.

Outdoor Area: The balcony offers 6 seats, a table, a lounge chair, and, of course, a wonderful view of the historic romantic hotel “Schloss Landsberg” and the surrounding nature. On our large property, you’ll find a seating area with a lounger, a swing chair, additional seating, and a grill for our delicious Thuringian bratwursts. Our large playground is perfect for your children to play on. You’re also welcome to use a ping-pong table and a small multi-purpose table featuring, among other things, table football, children’s billiards, and more. Places to Visit: In addition to the extensive information materials available in the holiday rental about nearby attractions, recreational activities, restaurants, and event recommendations, we’re also happy to provide you with personal recommendations and insider tips upon request.



Landsbergblick Holiday Rental:

The 89 m² holiday rental is located on the top floor of our residential building in a very quiet setting on the edge of a residential area with unobstructed views of nature.
Access to the apartment is via a separate outdoor staircase. Two bedrooms and two sofa beds in the living room provide accommodation for up to 6 people.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, and Bedroom 2 has 2 (or 3 single beds if needed). Both bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs.
Two travel cots and two high chairs are available for small children. (Please let us know if you need them!)
The bathroom features a bathtub, a shower, a sink, a toilet, a washing machine, and clothes-drying facilities. There is plenty of toilet paper available. Towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Here you’ll find a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, and, of course, all cooking utensils. A basic supply of spices, ground coffee, coffee filters, and dishwasher tablets is provided. 
The apartment has been completely renovated and refurnished.
