Ferienresidenz Am Hauchen:

The apartment is bright, friendly and cosy and has an apartment size of approx. 85 sqm.
Living room (first floor) and bedroom (basement) are located in separate rooms and are connected to each other via an open staircase.
�PGJyLz4In the living area (GROUND FLOOR) - approx. 40 sqm - there is a wardrobe anteroom, a guest toilet, a kitchenette, a dining table with corner bench, a round seating set with coffee table, a flat screen (cable TV), WLAN connection, a telephone station, a stereo / radio system as well as an oak wardrobe (width 3m x height 2.20m) with 2 separately fold-out fold-out fold-out beds (each 1 m x 2 m mattresses as a double bed) and an antique farmhouse cupboard.
The kitchenette is equipped with:

From Living area leads an open wooden staircase to the lower floor (SOUTERRAIN/BASEMENT) with a fully furnished bedroom (45 sqm) with window, a box spring bed (1.80 m x 2 m), 2 spacious chests of drawers, a large mirrored wardrobe with 2 sliding doors and a flat screen ( cable TV ), a bathroom with shower/WC and window.
The apartment offers a total of 4 sleeping accommodations.


From the BASEMENT there is a connecting door to the BASEMENT with Communal sauna (for a fee), heated ski depot for ski equipment and boot clothing, bicycle parking and access to the underground parking lot with reserved free car parking space.
There is a separate parking space for your car in the underground parking lot. A telecommander (remote control) makes it easier for you to enter and exit the underground parking lot.
From your car parking space you can reach your holiday apartment directly via a hallway.
Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed!




Arrival is possible from 15:00 to 20:00 and departure from 06:00 to 10:00.
