Tolle gepflegte und saubere Anlage mit sehr schönem Schwimm- und Saunabereich . Ein paar Abstriche..

Tolle gepflegte und saubere Anlage mit sehr schönem Schwimm- und Saunabereich . Ein paar Abstriche hinsichtlich Ausstattung (fehlende Teekanne, unzureichende Beleuchtung im Badezimmer und unbequemen Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnbereich). Kurze Wege zur Stadtmitte, Hafen, Bäcker pp. Schön war, von der großzügigen Tiefgarage mit dem Fahrstuhl direkt zu den Etagen mit den Wohnungen fahren zu können. Des Weiteren in der Tiefgarage eine große Räumlichkeit zum Abstellen der Fahrräder vorhanden.
