Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich, Eine richtige Kaffeefiltermaschine fehlte zwar, aber ein Dolce Gusto Kapsel-Automat ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, ein großes Grundstück mit einem Hundezaun herum, gut geeinet für kleiner Hunde, ein größerer Hund könnte darüber springen, was aber eigentlich ein gut erzogerner Hund nicht macht. Der Weg zum Strand ist relativ kurz und im nächsten Dorf gibt es eine gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit.
