Family holiday in a wooden house in the Swabian Alb Biosphere Reserve.

The cosy holiday home is located in the car-free complex in the Lauterdörfle holiday park in Hayingen and is the ideal place for your relaxing holiday with the whole family. The living room with wood-burning fireplace invites you to relax on the large couch. In the open, well-equipped kitchen with dining area, you can plan the day's activities with a delicious breakfast or spend an entertaining game night with the family. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a double bed, as well as bedroom 3. Only bedroom 2 has a narrow double bed with a width of 140 cm. The lovingly furnished holiday home has two bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet.

Bedroom 1 leads to the first bathroom and the second bathroom is accessed via a hallway.


Outside, your children can play on the spacious property, while you relax in the sun on the covered terrace with garden furniture and two loungers and end the day with a cold drink.

There are two parking spaces per booking on the edge of the complex. Luggage can be transported from the parking lot to the house with a hand cart.

The holiday park is guaranteed not to be boring with two large playgrounds, mini golf, open-air chess, football pitch, playhouse with table football & table tennis tables and tennis court. On the three communal barbecue areas you can prepare delicious meals for a convivial barbecue evening.

The Swabian Alb region is ideal for hiking and cycling in nature as well as for boating on the Lauter or Danube. Visit the Friedrichshöhle/Wimsener Höhle, the biosphere reserve in Münsingen, the Höhlenwelten in Sonnenbühl or the Laufenmühle/ Wolfstal in Lauterach. For an excursion, the Marbach State Stud Farm in Gomadingen is recommended for a visit or with changing events.

The following communal offers are available for a fee: washing machine, dryer, sauna from November 2026 (without towels). Firewood can be purchased on site for a fee.
