Das zweistöckige Häuschen, das in einer großen Anlage liegt (was aus der Anzeige nicht klar hervorgeht und bei Anreise zu Verwirrung führt, denn es gibt zwei Adressen!), war im Grunde genommen hübsch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Einige Dinge haben unsere Urlaubsfreude allerdings merklich getrübt:- Es fehlten ein paar essentielle Dinge (Schneidebrett, Gemüseschäler und Wäscheständer - was nutzt die Waschmaschine, wenn man die Wäsche nicht aufhängen kann!). Das wurde bereits in der anderen Bewertung (vor einem Jahr!) bemängelt.- Die Sauberkeit war in einigen Bereichen nicht zufriedenstellend ("Krönung" war der Esstisch, der bei unserer Ankunft so verdreckt war, dass Fliegen davon aßen).- Die Kommunikation mit Novasol war äußerst schwierig und unzureichend. Es gab mehrere Mailadressen und mehrere Mitarbeiter, die untereinander nicht immer gut vernetzt zu sein schienen. Mehrere Mails mit Fragen unsererseits blieben ganz unbeantwortet. Unsere Beschwerde bezüglich der Sauberkeit verlief auch im Sande. Einen Ansprechpartner/ Verwalter vor Ort gab es nicht, auch keinen (verlässlichen) per Mail, so dass wir die oben genannten Dinge nicht vor Ort lösen konnten.

We hebben het goed gehad. ( wel veel spanning dior de bosbranden maar dat ligt niet aan het huis.) Er hadden ietsmeer kleine borden mogen zijn en we misten iets van een snijplank. De messen waren súper scherp dat is geweldig. Verder mistte de stop in een van de baden waardoor we één bad niet konden gebruiken. Als tip zouden we mee willen geven dat een klein wasrek ideaal zou zijn. Dan kun je je frisgewassen spullen ook drogen.Verder waren we bloj verrast met de vaatwasser waarvan we niet wisten dat deze er zou zijn.
