Etwas außerhalb am Elbhang gelegen, zu Fuß über das Blaue Wunder in 20 min in Loschwitz. Schöner Blick. Piccobello saubere Unterkunft.

Als Homebase für einen Städtetrip perfekt

Kürzlich haben mein Partner und ich Dresden für ein Wochenende besucht. Für uns war eine Unterkunft auf gewissem Standard maßgeblich, auch wenn wir dort im Endeffekt nur für die Nacht waren. Diese Kriterien erfüllte das Appartement in jeglicher Hinsicht - Ausstattung top, Lage wunderschön eingebettet im Elbhang mit schöner Aussicht, Anbindung an den ÖPNV binnen maximal 10 minütigem Fußmarsch, Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern tadelos. Bei Anreise mit dem eigenen PKW steht es einem frei es den Anwohnern gleich zu tun und am Straßenrand zu parken, wir hatten Glück und einen Lücke unweit vom Objekt ergattert. Das Zimmer an sich wie auch das Badezimmer haben eine angenehme Größe, absolut ruhig und zum wohlfühlen einladend. Wir würden bei nächster Gelegenheit unbedingt wieder auf das Appartement zurückgreifen und können es nur empfehlen.

Großartige Lage und sehr freundliche Vermieterin

Das Zimmer liegt in traumhafter Lage in Loschwitz, von hier hat man einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig ca. 15 Minuten, mehrere Restaurants ca. 7-10 Minuten. Die Innenstadt erreicht man mit der Straßenbahn in 15 Minuten. Alles sehr sauber und die Vermieterin immer erreichbar. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Stylisches Apartment mit wundervollem Blick über die Elbauen

Plek met prachtig uitzicht

Het appartement in Loschwitz is klein en ligt geweldig. Wat een uitzicht op de Elbe en de stad, die op 7km ligt. We konden ook een heerlijk zonnig zitje in de tuin gebruiken, wat nog beter uitzicht bood. Alles prima en verzorgd op dit plekje, alleen zou een klein aanrechtje welkom zijn. Je kunt nu in de magnetron wel wat eten bereiden maar moet vervolgens afwassen in de wastafel in de badkamer. Desondanks zou ik hier zo weer naar toegaan.

Herrlicher Ausblick zum blauen Wunder und Elbe sowie Dresden ,vom Zimmer aus .

Für Personen mit gehbehinderung nicht geeignet . Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Bad . Mikrowelle , kl. Kühlbox und Küchenutensielien Besteck Teller Tassen usw sind auch vorhanden . Sehr saubere und schöne Unterkunft . Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit . Für zwei Personen sehr gut geeignet , Von uns aus gerne wieder , wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit .

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem sehr sauberen und modern eingerichteten Appartement. Trotz des schrecklichen Wetters, hatten wir einen tollen Blick auf die Elbe, Dresden und das Blaue Wunder. Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Appartements entsprachen voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen. Die Anmietung und der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war einfach und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder und sind froh, diese Unterkunft gewählt zu haben.

Wunderschöner Ausblick auf die Elbe

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem sehr sauberen und sehr modern eingerichteten Appartement. Trotz des sehr schlechten Wetters, hatten wir einen unglaublich schönen Blick über Dresden, die Elbe und das Blaue Wunder. Unsere Erwartungen hinsichtlich der Lage und der Ausstattung haben sich voll erfüllt und die Anmietung und der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war einfach und unkompliziert.
