私たちはビーチで完璧な場所を見つけました。 長年フロリダビーチリゾート＆ビーチに旅行した後、私たちはアンナマリア島に定住しました。 残念なことに、休暇のみ-残りの時間はテナントとして利益を得ることができます。 3つの快適なベッドルーム、大きなダブルベッドとオーシャンビューのマスター、2つ目のクイーンベッドと3つ目のクイーンベッド。 2つのバスルームには、ウォークインシャワーがあります。 リビングルームとキッチンから直接テラスに来て、ビーチに座ったり、ビーチに横たわったりします-階段を降りて、メキシコ湾のきれいで暖かい水に入ります。 ほぼ毎日イルカを見つける機会があります。 わずか500メートルで、Publixで必要なものがすべて見つかります。ドリンクを飲みながらテラスで夕日を忘れることはありません。 次に、Weber Grillからステーキを食べるか、City Pierからステーキを食べるか、他の多くのレストランからステーキを食べるかを決定します。 2011年5月に完全に改装されました

Great place and awesome location

Absolutely amazing place! Beach front location and close to the super market. Owners could not be nicer. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. LOVE IT!!!

Wonderful Beach House

Have stayed here previously and it never disappoints. Great location on the water, well stocked with the essentials. Spacious inside and out with decks overlooking the water (amazing sunsets!) Ample covered parking for your vehicles which is a big plus during the summer. Everything you need for a relaxing time at the beach! The Sierra Family

Fantastic!

We will definitely be back! The location, house, cleanliness all on point. Check in and out process were easy. Enjoyed being able to walk out on the beach from the deck. Added bonus was seeing turtles, dolphins and manatees. The house was spacious for our family, with everything you need in a kitchen. The deck was perfect for sunsets.

Loved it! Terrific property and better than pictures. Kitchen was as well stocked with cooking utensils, pans, extras than most and quality was good. Right on the beach which was not crowded at all. Convenient location - walking distance to drugstore, cafe, Publix and other shops. Very quiet and lovely. The two part deck was great for morning coffee and yoga and when beach was a bit windy. We also used the screened in lanai. Will be back.

Fantastic stay right on the beach

Frank’s house is absolutely amazing. As close as you can be to the ocean without actually being in it, and walking distance to the Publix and other shops, yet totally private as well. Super comfortable setup with an open concept living space that feels very spacious because of the high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean, three spacious bedrooms, two large updated bathrooms and a very functional kitchen. Also a large deck area with a grill (which we used many times). The place was immaculate when we arrived and the guys from Island Vacation Properties we’re super responsive and really pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend to anyone looking to optimize for proximity to the beach and spectacular sunsets!

Wonderful Beach House

This is a wonderful Beach House. Directly on the beach with panoramic views. The rooms are large, bright and comfortable and the sunset views from the equally large deck are amazing. The house was spotlessly clean throughout on our arrival and very well equipped. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Great location and Great Home

Had a fantastic time right on the beach! Close to amenities like groceries and Alvins Island store. Had a great week and managers were very responsive.

Great house, great location

We loved Franks beach house. We loved the location on Holmes Beach. The house was super clean and updated. The deck was large and the view could not be beat.

Traumhafter Urlaub mit phantastischer Lage

Bei Ankunft fanden wir ein bis ins Detail liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem, was man zum Urlaub braucht vor. Allein der Blick von der Terrasse oder aus dem Fenster auf das Meer entschädigt für alle Strapazen, die wir mit dem langen Flug aus Deutschland aufgenommen haben. Die Räume sind wirklich komplett mit allem ausgestattet. Teilweise sind auch Vorräte (wie Gewürze, Salz, Zucker etc.) vorhanden gewesen. Wir können nur sagen, es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Die Mitarbeiter der Agentur Island Vacation sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wenn man eine Frage hatte etc. wurde das sofort beantwortet bzw. bereinigt. Es wird nicht der letzte Aufenthalt gewesen sein. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Dankeschön für alles. In Englisch: On arrival we found a up every detail lovingly furnished house with everything you need for a holiday. But the view from the terrace or from the window to the sea makes up for all the hardships that we have taken with the long flight from Germany. The rooms are fully equipped with everything really. Partly also supplies (such as spices, salt, sugar, etc.) have been available. We can only say it was a completely successful stay. The staff of the Agency Vacation Iceland are very helpful and friendly. If you had a question, etc. which was immediately answered and rectified. It will not be the last stay. We will gladly come again. Thank you for everything.
