Wonderful vacation in the beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 3 bath home with 180 degree view of the ocean. Nice porch and private pool. Plans to return next summer. Office was always available to answer questions.

Best last minute stay ever!

We had to make last minute change of plans. We are so thankful for the Sea Urchin being available. House was wonderful. Has a view of the Gulf. We loved the pool. We loved it so much we booked for next year!

Turtle Watch Easter 2025

Lovely and convenient location. The property needs updating throughout. It was clean but needs attention and some remodeling. It has a very nice layout. It was walking distance from lots of restaurants and groceries. The pool is small but had plenty of pool and beach chairs and toys.

Amazing Location, House Okay

You can't beat the location. We had small kids that needed to nap and go back and forth to the house so this allowed our two families to spend more time at the beach and less time hauling them back and forth. The house itself is decent. It's pretty bare bones compared to other rentals in the area and other houses we've had in the past. And the beds are terribly uncomfortable. But again, for the location itself there is a lot of value. But if you plan to hang out inside the house or don't need to be close to the beach there are probably better spots.

great location and nice house with awesome views. Sparse supplies for the house (no spices, no starter coffee, only a couple of trash bags, TP, and paper towels) at this price point. Pool is nice but the guys cleaning it didn't do a very good job.

Hi Joseph, Thank you for your kind words. We do let people know about supplies with this paragraph(s) in their confirmation email... Our homes are equipped with towels (bath and beach), linens, kitchen equipment, etc. You will receive a "starter kit" with laundry soap, trash bag, and dishwasher soap to get you going. There will also be starter paper products in the unit. Additional supplies can be purchased at many stores on the Island, including Publix, CVS, Walgreens, Dollar Tree, etc. We do not require our owners to supply beach equipment. If a previous guest leaves these items behind, we will leave them for the next guest. If you're driving we suggest that you bring items along just to be sure! If that's not an option, you can rent what you need from Beach Bums or purchase them at numerous shops on the island. Thank you, Sato Real Estate
