Skandinavienblick building, right on the beach promenade. The building was completed in 2007
and has several floors.
The apartment can accommodate 2 people and measures 71 square meters. It consists of a
bedroom with a double bed, a large living room with an open kitchen,
a bathroom with a tub/shower and toilet, and a guest restroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove with oven,

refrigerator, microwave, etc... And in the spacious living room, you’ll find
not only a leather sofa that pulls out into a sleeper for two people, but also two Stressless armchairs with footstools, a
rocking chair, and a dining table. Adjacent to the living room is the large
terrace with an ocean view and a beach chair, which invites you to relax.
The underground parking garage features a parking space for the car and a laundry and
drying room with Miele appliances, which guests are welcome to use.
The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating in all rooms.
