Schon bei der Anreise erreichte uns eine E-mail, das die Wohnung fertig ist und wir den Schlüssel abholen können. An einem Sonntag haben wir der Verwaltung mitgeteilt, dass ein Heizkörper nicht funktioniert. Zwei Stunden später lief die Heizung.
