Directly on the shore of Lake Rosnowskie lies a well-kept property, and on it a beautiful, comfortably equipped holiday home. Guests have access to the lake waters at their fingertips, which is most appreciated by anglers (free fishing boat on site) and bathing enthusiasts. Nearby you can rent water equipment to explore all corners of this body of water.

The 2-storey house has a covered terrace with a set of garden furniture. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, table and TV. On the ground floor there is also a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are 2 separate bedrooms (including 1 with a balcony) and a second bathroom (also with a shower). Electric heating + fireplace. In front of the house there is a grassy beach with access to the lake and a fishing pier. Wireless internet is available. Parking on the property.
It is possible to rent a cot for a small child and a high chair for feeding free of charge, but this must be reported in advance.
The owner provides guests with a free rowing boat (length 3.6 m). For an additional fee, you can install an engine.

The price of your stay includes: bed linen, towels, electricity and water consumption, firewood, rowing boat, parking, internet.

Lake Rosnowskie is rich in many types of fish and is a very popular body of water for anglers. Fans of swimming and kayaking will also find something for themselves here. A rowing boat is available free of charge at the facility (with the possibility of installing an engine for an additional fee), but there is also a water equipment rental in the area (rowing boats, kayaks, water bikes).

A year-round resort with full infrastructure operates approx. 900 m away, which can also be used (of course for an additional fee) by guests from outside the hotel: indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi (open in the summer season), salt cave, sauna, gym, solarium, bar, restaurant.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. Only dogs up to 10 kg allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
