Sea view WE 2.10: beautifully situated 2-room apartment close to the beach

This modern 2-room apartment (approx. 40 m²), located on the 2nd floor in a fantastic spot near the beach, is highly functional and fully furnished. The bedroom has carpeted floors; all other rooms in the apartment are tiled.

The holiday apartment can accommodate a total of 3 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or sheets) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the entryway, which features a coat rack, mirror, and shoe cabinet, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The bright, airy, and modern living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable (sleeper) couch, armchairs, and a coffee table; a separate dining table with 4 chairs; a sideboard; and various shelves. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 5 m² sunny, covered balcony (facing south) with a beautiful view of the garden behind the house and the Baltic Park across the street. Here you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental features a modern flat-screen TV as well as a stereo system with a radio, Blu-ray player, and Bluetooth. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The open kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully and well-equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cosy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2x90x200), nightstands, and a spacious closet. The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third person.

The inviting bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet, as well as a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, a small bathroom cabinet, and ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the coat closet (with a mirror and shoe cabinet) in the apartment’s entryway.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests. An iron and ironing board are also available in the apartment.

You can park your car for free in a duplex underground parking space assigned to your apartment (PLEASE NOTE: maximum height 1.50 m!), and you can store your bicycles in a separate bicycle storage room in the residential complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right next to your residential complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

Via a spacious, covered atrium with real indoor plants inside the apartment building, you can take one of the glass lifts for barrier-free and convenient access from the basement to your apartment on the 2nd floor.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 3 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
