Welcome to the Perla Blanca apartment building ''The White Pearl'' in Peñiscola,

The exceptional location of this apartment located less than a mile from the beach, at an altitude of 250 highest point of Peñiscola, allow to enjoy a 280° view in peace, a unique panorama, day and night, between sea and mountains. From the terrace, and by the pool, you can watch the sunrise on the castle, and the dance of the sailing boats and the trawlers. You will remember the night show of the old town and the castle enlighten until dawn. For swimming, you will have the choice between the fine sandy beach of 4 miles lined with palm trees, or others more wild and isolated in the Nature Park of Sierra d'Irta, with cliffs and coves. You will follow the steps of Pope Benedict XIII, 'Papa Luna', strolling in the bustling alleyway of the old town, up to the castle where each summer you will find a classical music festival. At the beginning of September, the Fiestas Patronal (Patron Saint) remembering the story of the city with parades, brass bands and pyrotechnic

Lovely stay at Perla Blanca

We enjoyed our stay in Peniscola at Perla Blanca. It had everything we needed and the view from the balcony was lovely. Catherine and her husband were also very helpful during our stay.

Great apartment!

The listing for this property was very accurate. The view from the terrace was absolutely stunning and looks exactly like in the pictures. When we arrived the apartment was very clean, well kept and equipped. The residence was nice, quiet and peaceful. The internet that was provided was very fast and worked well. The town in itself is very calm, picturesque and has many very intriguing little corners that my family and I enjoyed exploring. It had many little local tourist shops with many great little bits and bobs. The beach was very long, nice for walks in the evenings. The owners of this apartment were also very kind, and with the little french that my daughter learned in school we were able to communicate. Overall, my family and I had a nice time during our holiday and I do believe that this place is worth recommending.

Zeer net appartement met prachtig uitzicht

Na enig zoeken naar het juiste gebouw ( Perla Blanca heeft 3 gebouwen) en wat problemen om contact te krijgen met de plaatselijke beheerder. Hebben wij een heerlijke tijd gehad in Peniscola. Het appartement is netjes en compleet met een ruim balkon met goede stoelen. Het is zeker een aanrader 👍🏻 Note * je hebt wel een auto nodig!

Gute Unterkunft mit super Ausblick.

Am Anfang gab es ein paar Probleme mit der Kommunikation und dem Mietvertrag weil alles auf Französisch war. Auch gab es einige Unstimmigkeiten mit der Kaution und der Bettwäsche da beides nicht in der Objektbeschreibung so angegeben war. Nach einer kurzen Intervention durch FeWo Direkt hat dann aber alles gut funktioniert. Etwas schade fanden wir das es zwar Satelitenfernsehen gab, aber lediglich Französische Sender. Da gutes WLAN vorhanden war konnten wir aber ohne Probleme auf einem IPad Fernsehen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse war sensationell weil die Wohnung an einem Berghang liegt.

Que dire de plus que l'appartement est plus jolie que sur les photos. Tout est neufs et fait avec goût. Très bien agencé et une vue incroyable sur la citadelle et l'océan. Merci à la propriétaire de sa gentillesse et qui n'hésite pas à vous appeler avant le voyage pour vous donner tous les renseignements sur le séjour. Et un grand merci à mr Paccard pour sa gentillesse à l'arrivée et au départ de l'appartement. Tout nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

L'appartement est bien aménagé, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir bien et passer un agréable séjour. Très bonne literie, électroménager complet (lave linge et lave vaisselle), cuisine fonctionnelle, TV avec chaines françaises et espagnoles... Appartement spacieux pour 4 personnes (adultes et ados) avec une belle terrasse et une superbe vue sur la ville, la mer et le château. Le top pour les repas ou pour admirer le paysage. La résidence est calme et l’accueil sur place est très sympathique. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances. Merci pour ce bel appartement.
