It is a cozy apartment with charm and fantastic sea views. The living room with dining area and adjoining well-equipped kitchen has direct access to a large terrace facing the ocean. There are two double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms with shower. The apartment is equipped with a flat screen TV, WiFi and air conditioning in all rooms.

The dining area on the terrace seats 4 people and is the ideal place for al fresco dining. The comfortable lounge furniture invites you to relax. Here you can enjoy extensive sunbathing and picturesque sunsets or relax with a glass of wine at the end of the day.

Centeanes beach is less than a 3-minute walk away, and restaurants, bars and a small supermarket are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

Upon entering the building, my first impression was that this might not be a great stay. The building is old, and the elevators are outdated and dimly lit. However, once inside the apartment, it was a pleasant surprise. The space has been fully refurbished, with immaculate, brand-new bathrooms, and comfortable new beds with excellent mattresses. The view is absolutely stunning. Air conditioning is available for an extra 10 euros per day, but I chose not to use it. This turned out to be a good decision, as the nights were cool, and sleeping with the windows open allowed me to enjoy the sound of the crashing waves. One minor downside was the pillows, which were more like cushions and not very comfortable. I mentioned this to the agency, and they promptly provided us with two additional pillows. While they weren't perfect, they did improve the situation. The agency, located just around the corner, was very helpful and also provided a beach umbrella and towels, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment building offers direct access to the beach, which is a fantastic perk. The beach itself is small but charming. Depending on the tide, the water can be clear or have some seaweed, which might be a seasonal occurrence as it was my first time in this area. There's a small supermarket a five-minute walk away and a larger one just a seven-minute drive from the complex. Parking within the complex is very convenient. Overall, I had a wondern evening aperitif while enjoying the sunset.
