Private: property 400 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, parking (for 4 cars) at the house. Supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 350 m, bus stop 5 km, sandy beach "Plage de St. Tugen" 2 km. Sports harbour 6 km, sailing school 6 km. Nearby attractions: Audierne 5 km, La pointe du Raz, la pointe du Van 9 km, Pont Croix 12 km, Douarnenez 27 km, Quimper 49 km, Ile de Sein. Hiking paths: GR 34, Baie de Audierne, Cap Sizun, Presqu'île de Crozon.

Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 190 cm), bathroom and hand-basin. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 sofabed (80 cm, length 170 cm), shower. Shower, 2 sep. WC's. Electric heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. No internal connecting door between the floors. The rental consists of 2 houses each with a kitchen.
