Beautiful apartment in Olpenitz
The Rüm Hart holiday apartment brings Sylt flair to the Baltic Sea!
The generous and spacious maisonette holiday apartment on the first and second floors welcomes you with elegant and timeless furnishings and impresses with a direct view of the nature conservation salt marshes and fields.
The Weidefeld sandy beach with kiosk, restaurant and beach chairs is within walking distance and the lively harbour promenade in the Baltic Sea resort is a wonderful place to stroll and admire the harbour cinema.
As soon as you enter the holiday apartment on the first floor, your holiday begins. You will find yourself in the apartment's relaxation area. There are three bedrooms on this floor. No matter which one you choose, you are sure to have a restful night's sleep. All bedrooms are equipped with spacious double beds and televisions.
Also on this floor is a well-equipped bathroom with a walk-in shower and infrared sauna for your very own wellness moments.
On the second floor, you are greeted by the heart of Rüm Hart, the open-plan living and dining area with its floor-to-ceiling windows and adjoining terrace. With a view over the nature conservation salt marshes and towards the Baltic Sea, true to the Frisian motto Rüm Hart, Klaar Kiming (big heart, wide horizon).
Relaxing on the cosy living area, enjoying the tranquillity of nature from the window or watching a film together is relaxation and recreation. Everyday life becomes more and more distant and should the weather show its Nordic side, the wood-burning stove with its crackling fire provides further cosiness.
The integrated kitchen is perfectly equipped and makes amateur chefs' hearts beat faster. On the large terrace with its south-west orientation and a dream view, you can organise sociable barbecue evenings, linger in the beach chair or enjoy the sun on the lounger.
A second bathroom with an additional WC, washbasin and bathtub offers enough space and alternative options for several people and rounds off the facilities of this oasis of well-being, which provides relaxation at any time of year.
You will find two parking spaces in front of the holiday apartment.
Our favourite spot: after a sunny day at the beach, end the evening on the terrace with a glass of wine and a good book

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.50 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to three pets are allowed.
