The "Musenberg" holiday apartment for 4-6 people impresses with a spacious designer living area with an open kitchen-living room, as well as a southeast-facing terrace plus garden. It has three bedrooms, all with double beds and TVs, and two bathrooms, one with a shower and bathtub. There is a playroom for children in the house. For active guests, we offer secure storage for bicycles in our bike garage.

ATTENTION! The following year (after the Christmas holidays) can only be booked from July of the current year - no dates will be offered to you before then.


Additional price information:

All basic prices are for 4 people and include bed linen (beds made), towels and final cleaning.
You can also use the wellness/spa area of the neighboring Hotel Edelweiss free of charge. Massages must be booked separately at the hotel, with hotel guests having priority.
Please note: In 2026, the hotel will be closed for holidays from January 11th to 18th, June 28th to July 8th, and November 8th to 26th (2025: November 16th to 27th). Breakfast and sauna access will not be available during these periods. Discounted rates are already in place for these dates.


Our daily prices above mentioned are calculated for a stay of 4 nights!

Please take the following surcharges/discounts into account:
- Surcharge for short stay 2 nights: + 150€
- Surcharge for short stay 3 nights: + 75€
- For 7 nights outside of school holidays and public holidays we offer a discount of 155€.


You will receive the binding total price from us with an inquiry or booking by email.

- We accept booking requests under the seasonal minimum stay at the earliest 4 weeks in advance - or if there are gaps in bookings.
- Arrivals/departures on Saturdays are only possible for stays of 5-6 nights
- Surcharges are possible for events and special dates not listed in the seasonal prices!
- In addition, there is the tourist tax of currently € 3 per person per day for people aged 15 and over



Terms of payment:
- 20% deposit within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Remaining payment up to 14 days before arrival
- For short-term bookings <21 days in advance, everything must be transferred immediately within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Cash payment on site is not possible!
