Single-family house "Vista / Salvia", 3 storeys. 3 km from the centre of Labin, 1.5 km from the centre of Gondolići, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. For shared use: property 1'000 m2 with plants. Volleyball, volleyball court. In the house: internet access. Motor access to the house (150 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop 3.6 km, pebble beach 2 km.
"Vista", 4-room house 125 m2 on 3 levels. Living/dining room with 1 sofabed (120 cm, length 190 cm), satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (2 hot plates, oven, 2 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 beds. Exit to the terrace. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 room with 4 beds. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Balcony 14 m2, balcony 7 m2, terrace 12 m2. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs, box-room. View of the sea. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.

groot huis. Oude keuken, oven smerig. Veel achtergelaten voedingsmiddelen door vorige vakantiegangers. Keukenkastjes roken muf. Ongezellig ingericht oude meubelen alleen felle plafond verlichting. Bedden goed. In de brochure/ reisbescheiden was sprake van wekelijks linnenwissel maar geen verschoning gezien. Waardeloos warm water systeem. slechte internet/wifi verb. Omgeving is prachtig met 2 grote balkons waarvan 1 zeer ruim. Inrichting en terrasmeubilair zijn echt aan modernisering toe

Freundlich aber nicht wie es aussieht

Leider waren Polster nicht gewaschen bzw.gelb verschwitzt.sehr ruhige Lage der weg zum Haus ein Abenteuer nichts für Die ihr Auto lieben Fahrwerk wird sehr in Mitleidenschaft gezogen.das 3 Schlafzimmer ist nicht zu bezeichnen dafür eigentlich eine Waschküche im Keller mit bett.

Auch in diesem Jahr war unser ...

Auch in diesem Jahr war unser Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus wieder wunderbar. Es ist alles vorhanden was zum alltäglichen Leben benötigt wird. Die große Terasse eignet sich hervorragend für ein gemeinsamen Frühstück oder ein abendliches Zusammensitzen. Durch die Bäume im Umkreis bleibt das Haus auch Nachts sehr angenehm kühl. Reisetipps: In Duga Luca, einer Landzunge nicht weit vom Ferienhaus entfernt, kann wunderbar gebadet und relaxt werden. Wenn Kiesstrand, Liegen und Sonnenschirme bevorzugt werden so ist man in Ravni (ca. 12 Km) entfernt, richtig. Die Stadt Pula, wie auch Opatia sollte auf jeden Fall besichtigt werden.Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt ausführliche Reise & Restauranttipps. Wir waren sehr begeistert vom Restaurant Palace.

Peaceful but close to beaches and town

We had a great time here, despite the above average heat. The house is pleasant and good value for the price. We were two families with five children and we were able to put all the children in one room and have two double rooms for parents. The downstairs bedroom is a bit isolated - there is a separate entrance and you need to walk round the side of the house to get into the main building. Fortunately, neither of us sleeping there needed to get up during the night to use the bathroom - don't drink too much if sleeping here! The bonus was that it was more private. The area is uncrowded - swimming a couple of kilometres away at Duga Luka, very nice swimming at Sv Marina about 10km away (the campsite let us swim from rocks in their grounds) and Rabac (more touristy but nice for a change). Labin is beautiful and worth going to in the evenings. Also has Lidl and an excellent little market with fresh fish. If you want a holiday away from the crowds of Pula and other west coast towns, this is an ideal place to stay.

Einfaches Haus in guter Lage

Wir haben das Haus mit fünf Personen genutzt. Die Zimmer verteilen sich auf 3 Etagen, wobei das dritte Schlafzimmer über einen seperaten Eingang verfügt (von uns aber nicht genutzt). Das Haus ist einfach ausgestattet. Es ist alles da, was man im Alltag benötigt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich gewesen und lebt ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück. Zum Gelände gehört ein kleiner schöner Olivenbaum-Wald und eine Bienenzucht. Der entspannte Haushund und ein paar Katzen sorgen für Sicherheit :-) Sehr gut hat uns gefallen, dass die Häuser etwas abseits gelegen sind. Dadurch gibt es keinen Durchgangsverkehr o.ä. In Labin ist man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto. Aufgrund des mehr als angemessenen Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis eine gute Wahl für einen schönen Urlaub!
