Private: property 700 m2, swimming pool heated (32 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Mar. - 15.Nov.). Outdoor shower, patio, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna, hot tub, spa area, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 700 m, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 550 m, ferry 200 m, sandy beach 700 m, concrete beach 200 m. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: airfield 60 km from the property. It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Floor heating. Upper floor: 1 room with rooflight with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 sofabed (80 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. Balcony, terrace 30 m2. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house.
