Above Strettoia 3 km from the centre of Strettoia, 8.5 km from the centre of Pietrasanta, outside the resort, 45 km from the centre of Pisa, in an elevated position on a slope, 10 km from the sea, 10 km from the beach, in the woods. Private: garden 200 m2 (fenced) with trees, natural garden. Outdoor shower. In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot (28.Mar. - 31.Oct.), heating available only from 01.Nov. - 27.Mar.. 1.6 km long steep, narrow motor access. Parking on the premises. Grocery 3 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Pietrasanta" 8.7 km, sandy beach "Forte dei Marmi" 10 km. Nearby attractions: Lucca 42 km, Forte dei Marmi 10 km, Viareggio 26 km, Carrara Cave Fantiscritti 24 km, Riomaggiore (5 Terre) 68 km, Firenze 128 km. Sehr schön

Haus und Garten sind wunderschön und hoch am Hang gelegen mit Aussicht aufs Meer. Auto ist notwendig. Die Küchenausstattung sollte überprüft/ ergänzt werden. Es gibt nur 3 normale Kaffeetassen und kaum passende Topfdeckel. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Erholungsreise

Das Haus und der sehr große Garten waren sehr gut, vorallem für unseren Hund, da alles sehr gut eingezäunt ist. Zimmer, Bäder alles prima, sauber, viel Stauraum, sorgar eine barrierefreie Dusche. Aber: in der Küche sollten vorallem die Kochtöpfe dringend erneuert werden. Von den drei Liegestühlen (für 10 Pes.!) waren zwei defekt. Es gibt drei große Esstische mit Stühlen, aber kein Sofa. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin leider schwierig, da schlecht erreichbar. Für ruhigen Urlaub ideal

Sehr schön, leider mit Punkt Abzug...

Wie vor 5 Jahren haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. 3 Sachen haben uns jedoch nicht gefallen: 1. Fehlende Informationen zur Abfall Entsorgung, wir mussten alles selbst über Google und Co herausfinden. 2 . Der Backofen ist nicht geeignet und 3. Das komplette Kochgeschirr ist sehr alt, teilweise unbrauchbar und von anderen dreckig hinterlassen worden. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind aber wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Grosses stabiles Haus mit Grundstück, toll für unseren Hund. Insgesamt sehr gut für ruhesuchende. Parkmöglichkeit für 2-3 Autos. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist in Ordnung. Das Geschirr sehr alt und gebraucht und der Grill wurde schon lange nicht mehr sauber gemacht, aber das kennt man such von den anderen Ferienunterkünften...

Schönes großes Haus mit viel Platz .Küche ist alles da sogar großer Gefrierschrank.Toller Ausblick und alle waren zufrieden.Allerdings 300 euro Kaution ist schon übertrieben. Reisetipps: ca. 20 min zum schönen Strand .Tolle Pizzaria in der Nähe La Fortezza Da Pie, muss man unbedingt hin.

Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, a...

Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, allerdings ist die Ausstattung mit Kochgeschirr schlecht. Die vorhandenen Töpfe und Pfannen sind größtenteils zerkratzt, Pfannenheber etwa gibt es nicht, wenig große Servierlöffel.....mit sechs Personen ging es, zu zehnt wärees sehr schwierig gewesen.Das Haus eigt sehr schön hoch am Berg, das Grundstück größer als erwartet (uns ist nicht klar, wie sich die 200 qm berechnen, die angegebenen sind,– vielleicht nur die reine Gartenfläche. Leider muss man halt wirkich für jede Besorgung mit dem Auto fahren, dies sollte man sich vorher bewusst machen. Reisetipps: Cinque Terre ist sehr schön, aber während der Hauptsaison voll. Zum Schnorcheln gibt es bereits auf den Felsen bei La Spezia gute Möglichkeiten.In den umliegemdem bergen lässt sich sehr schön wandern. Gute Infos hierzu gibt es in der Touristeninformation in Seravezza. Hier sind zwei Büros, das bei der Kirche ist speziell zum Regionalpark Appuanische Alpen.Wir hatten uns Sorgen gemacht wegen der Strände und befürchtet,dass man überall bezahlen muss. Am nördlichen Ende der Bagni von Forte dei Marmi ist eine Spiagga libera, ein freier Strand, wo wir immer gut Platz gefunden haben, und der auch sehr sauber war. Auch Parken (an der Straße) war dort kein Problem.
