In the district of Duhnen 6 km from the centre of Cuxhaven, 17 km from the centre of Otterndorf, 36 km from the centre of Bremerhaven, in a busy position, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. For shared use: property 10'000 m2, garden with lawn and trees, lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis, children's playground. In the complex: reception, sauna, steam room (all extra), playroom, storage room for bicycles, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking on the premises. Shop 100 m, supermarket 1 km, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 200 m, indoor swimming pool 150 m. Marina 5 km, golf course (18 hole) 12 km. Please note: suitable for families. Shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs in the vicinity. Adventure pool 'Ahoi' about 150 m (for guests of the holiday resort Duhnen discounts or vouchers).
