Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, bus stop "Kappl Hof" 150 m, railway station "Landeck-Zams Bahnhof" 23.7 km. Ski lift 3.5 km, gondola lift 3.5 km, ski bus stop 150 m. Please note: baby equipment on request (included). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence. Member for Silvretta Card Premium: valid from summer 2023 - unlimited use of all open mountain railways and local public transport in Paznaun, Samnaun and Montafon/Brandnertal, as well as unlimited use of the Silvretta High Alpine Road.

Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra) with dining table, satellite TV and radio. Exit to the balcony. Sep. WC. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. If there are fewer people occupied than the maximum number of people, not all bedrooms will be available in summer (the rooms can be expanded for an additional charge).

Tolle Ferienunterkunft

Für unseren Skiurlaub zu 5. war die Ferienwohnung perfekt. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr unkompliziert. Christine liegt das Wohl der Gäste am Herzen, was man sofort merkt. In der Wohnung sind alle Dinge für den täglichen Bedarf vorhanden, einen Brötchenservice gibt es auch. Im Apartment Wechner steht einem gemütlichen Urlaub nichts im Wege. Kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Het appartement was ontzettend schoon en verzorgt, de eigenaar was ontzettend vriendelijk en sprak goed Engels. De keuken had alles wat je maar nodig kan hebben. De bedden waren comfortabel (we hadden we onze eigen kussens meegenomen) en de douches waren prima. Het enige nadeel was dat er niet echt een comfortabele bank is om TV op te kijken, alleen een hoekbankje rondom de eettafel die niet zo comfortabel was. Bij minder weer is dit 's avonds wel jammer. Prima met de auto te bereiken.

Urlaub in der Höhe

Die Vermieterin und das Haus kann man nur positiv einschätzen. Die Wohnungen sind schön renoviert und sehr sauber. In der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht. Dieses Objekt und natürlich sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die uns den schmackhaften Kuchen gebacken hat, kann ich nur den anderen Gästen empfehlen.

Prima appartement; van alle gemakken voorzien; zeer schoon; ruime eetkeuken; stoelen en tafel op balkon (ochtendzon); ruime slaapkamers met goede bedden; behulpzame eigenaresse; wifi doet het niet overal goed. Wohnung sehr sauber, Küche ordentlich eingerichtet. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, egal ob bei Montage von Schneeketten oder dem Transfer zweier Jugendlicher zum Postbus ins Dorf. Aufgrund der Hanglage der Wohnung relativ weit entfernt von der Straße im Tal unbedingt Schneeketten einpacken.

sehr schöne Unterkunft!!

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter waren für Fragen und Hinweise immer erreichbar. Sehr genossen haben wir den Brötchenservice. Es war sehr sauber, ruhig, schöne Lage mit Blick ins Tal, komfotable Ausstattung mit Dusche in jedem Zimmer. Auch das nahe gelegene Skigebiet Kappl hat uns sehr gefallen.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Bereits zum wiederholten Male haben wir unseren Sommerurlaub bei Fam. ... verbracht, dies sagt schon einiges aus. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, super sauber und es gibt einen Brötchenservice. Der Ausblick von Balkon ist atemberaubend. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr freundlich, man fühlt sich willkommen und wird sehr gut aufgenommen. Auch wenn man schon mehrmals das Paznauntal besucht hat, finden sich immer wieder neue Wanderrouten und Freizeitaktivitäten.
