House "Escher", detached. 3.8 km from the centre of Thiéfosse, 42 km from the centre of Épinal, 110 km from the centre of Nancy, in a quiet position on a slope, 6 km from the lake, in the woods. Private: property 350 m2 with meadow. Patio, garden furniture, fireplace. In the house: sauna. Storeroom available. 200 m long bumpy, narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking (for 5 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 6 km, bus stop "Thiefosse Centre" 4 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. The tap water has no drinking water quality. Important note: Water supply from our own spring. In the event of extreme drought during the season, it may not be possible to guarantee an adequate water supply. In this case, the property will be cancelled by HHD free of charge and any amounts already paid will be refunded. The customer is not entitled to make any further claims in this regard.

Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: open dining room with dining table. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed and 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed and 3 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds and 1 x 2 bunk beds. Shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 double bedroom. Electric heating, wood heating. Wooden floors. Large balcony. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (6). Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed.

Beautiful paradise with rustic charm

This house is for nature lovers who prefer rustic charm over modern. It is a paradise in the bush with lots of privacy. The last bit of the road is unsealed but totally doable for normal cars. It has everything you need to feel comfortable. However, it is advisable to bring a large vessel to fetch drinking water from the landlord, who lives 200 m away. We totally loved our stay!

Muizenhuis

Prachtige locatie maar daar is alles mee gezegd. Keuken is ondermaats. Muizen ( de eikelmuis ) in huis die alles onderkakken. Waterbevoorrading is een ramp. En zo kan ik nog even doorgaan..... Wel heel vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen ter plaatse die dagelijks kwamen checken of we nog water hadden.

einfaches und ruhiges Haus

1. Stock Wohnbereich und Balkon sind schöne Ess-/ und Aufenthaltsbereiche. Jedoch ohne gemütlichen Sitzbereich (Sofa). Ungestörter, stiller Ort mit weniger Sonne aufgrund des nah am Haus grenzenden Baumbestandes. Nutzbares Grundstück erscheint auf Bild größer. Reklamationen (Backofen, Warmwasser/Gas) wurden unmittelbar behoben! Küchengeschirr ausreichend, z.T. alt und sehr chaotisch... Küche selber kühl-feucht mit Mäusen.

Grand chalet de plusieurs couchage, assez rustique dans la partie basse avec la cuisine et un coin salon avec grande cheminée. Grande table conviviale avec très belle baie vitrée et terrasse. L’espace extérieur agréable

altes Bauernhaus

Anfahrt auf fast 5 km langem engen Waldweg- letzte 300m SUV vorteilhaft. EG sieht mittelalterlich aus - super! Küche sehr gut ausgerüstet. Wohnzimmer im 1. Stock sehr schön mit großem Balkon Schlafzimmer teilweise eng - leeres Zimmer nutzen. Aber schön! Umliegender Wald nachts mit vielen Tiergeräuschen - toll. Nachteile: Mäuse im EG (gr. Box für Essen vorhanden) Schlüsselhalter (300m vom Haus weg) sprechen nur französisch wir hatten kein WLAN - Vermieter kümmerte sich nicht drum Insgesamt: toll!

Uriges Haus mitten in den Vogesen

Wir verbrachten ein paar schöne Tage in dem urigen Ferienhaus. Wer Luxus erwartet, ist hier falsch. Das Haus ist rustikal eingerichtet, hat aber dennoch seinen Charme. Super gefallen hat uns der Pizzaofen und die Feuerstelle im unteren Teil des Hauses. In ca. 6km Enfernung befindet sich ein wunderschöner Badesee (Lac de la Mosolette). Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
