Traumhaft!

Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön am Ortsrand, das Haus ist freistehend mit Wald und Wiesen drum herum und toller Aussicht. Der Garten ist toll gepflegt und mit bequemen und überdachten Lounge Möbeln toll zum Entspannen nach einer Wanderung. Die Wohnung selbst ist stilvoll dekoriert und hochwertig voll ausgestattet. Vom Toaster über die scharfen Messer bis zum Fön alles vorhanden. Betten + Sofa super bequem. Das Bad mit der ebenerdigen Regendusche ein Traum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Störende Geräusche und Geruch

Bad und Küche neu: Ausstattung gut. Viele Schränke. Wohnung liegt in Souterrain/Keller. Kaum Ausblick. 1 Zimmer & WC liegen entfernt im alten Trakt mit deutlichem Schimmelgeruch und ohne Tageslicht. Dort kein WLAN, Zimmer zu klein, Türhöhe 180. Deutliche Maschinengeräusche rund um die Uhr. Heizungen machen auch Geräusche, auch im abgestellten Zustand. Essecke unbequem/zu eng. Ess- statt Couchtisch (?!). Möbel sind billig, Fächer/-schübe verzogen. Fazit: Keine Erholung, für Familien ungeeignet.

Die Unterkunft wurde überprüft, es konnte kein Schimmel festgestellt werden. Es ist ein Fenster im betreffenden Schlafzimmer vorhanden, das sich zu einem Lichtschacht hin öffnet.

Eine sehr schöne, ordentliche, zeitgemäße Einliegerwohnung mit allem was man benötigt. Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Vorgarten mit wunderschönen Ausblick trotz hoher Hecke. Bad mit begehbarer Dusche und separates WC.

Schlechtes Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Die Wohnung ist als Erdgeschoss ausgeschrieben, tatsächlich ist es ein Kellergeschoss. Die Einrichtung des zweiten Zimmers anhand der Bilder sucht man vergebens. Das zweite WC ist quasi nicht nutzbar. Spülen nur mit geschlossenem Deckel sonst hat man auch gleich geduscht und es besitzt kein Handwaschbecken. Bei der Abreise mussten wir am Nachmittag nochmal zurückkommen um unsere Kaution zurück zu bekommen. Das WLAN existiert quasi nicht.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr schön ruhig! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Handtücher und Bettwäsche nach Bedarf möglich! Der Terrassenbereich ist sehr gepflegt! Wir haben uns in den 2 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt!
