The Apartment
The spacious, bright living room is located in the basement and features satellite TV (Smart TV with internet), games, books, and DVDs for adults and children, a large dining table, a stereo system, and a Blu-ray player. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the property. The large sofa can be easily converted into a high-quality bed with a cold-foam mattress and an Ergo-Flex slatted frame. The windows in the apartment are equipped with fly screens. From the living room, you can step out onto the balcony, where you can enjoy a magnificent view across the unspoiled, undeveloped peninsula all the way to the Baltic Sea. From the balcony, you can also enjoy breathtaking sunsets with a glass of wine. The balcony is furnished with a seating area, two folding high-back chairs, and children’s chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen in the basement leaves nothing to be desired. With a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and plenty of cooking utensils, you’ll be completely self-sufficient. For breakfast, you can have delicious rolls delivered directly to your door by the bread service. A bakery truck with fresh cakes and rolls stops by the house three times a week.
A small bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink is also located in the basement.
A staircase equipped with child safety gates leads to the upper floor. Here you’ll find the larger bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, sink, changing table, and a window offering a view of the peninsula.
In the two bedrooms located on the upper floor, you can really get a good night’s sleep. Both rooms are equipped with high-quality beds, mattresses, and box springs. Each bedroom features a crib and either one or two wardrobes or a dresser. One of the bedrooms also offers a stunning view across the peninsula to the Baltic Sea.

The large property, surrounded by strawberry fields, a bird sanctuary, and a golf course, offers you a high level of comfort. A large and very popular golf course is right on your doorstep. In the immediate vicinity, there are many biking and hiking trails for extended tours along the Baltic Sea coast.
