A lovely, big house in a beautiful alpine valley

A lovely, big house in a beautiful and quiet alpine valley - everything it is cracked up to be. We had a very warm welcome from ..., and their local caretaker, ... could not have been more friendly and helpful. The house is one of the original early C20th Torinese holiday villas in the area and is still owned by the family that had it built. It retains its old world charm.

Schmuckstück in den Bergen des Piemont

Mit 4 Generationen haben wir hier 2 Wochen Urlaub gemacht und haben das Haus mit seinem wundervollen Garten von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute in vollen Zügen genossen. Den Charme des Anwesens im einzelnen zu beschreiben würde Seiten füllen, alles einfach nur traumhaft. Abgesehen von den großartigen subjektiven Eindrücken war auch auf der objektiven Seite alles bestens. Alles blitzblank sauber, Küche bestens ausgestattet, Kontakt mit Vermieter bzw. Verwalter sehr herzlich und unkompliziert.

Sfeervolle villa

Prachtig stijlvol huis met heerlijke schaduwrijke tuin (omheind). Het huis is voornamelijk nog in waarschijnlijk oorspronkelijke stijl ingericht met antieke meubels. De foto's komen overeen met de werkelijkheid. Nog nooit zo'n leuk huis gehad voor deze prijs! Er is wel wat geluid van de houtzagerij naast het huis. Dus geen volkomen stilte in de tuin, maar voor ons niet heel storend. Prachtig dorpje met sfeervolle steegjes. Waterval la Gorgia en natuurgebied Pian della Mussa liggen in het dal.

Traumhafter Garten, stimmungsvolle Villa

Wir waren insgesamt 3 Familien mit drei Kindern und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub dort. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und stilsicher eingerichtet. Im Sommer war es nicht zu heiß und der Ort ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele abwechslungsreiche Wanderungen. Nur zu empfehlen!

Ultima settimana di agosto. Undici persone: 6 adulti e 5 bambini. Arriviamo ad Ala di Stura, ci incontriamo con Valeria, la proprietaria, e con Roberta, la persona a disposizione per ogni evenienza. Ci invitano a parcheggiare l'auto in un bellissimo giardino, che è più simile a un parco, per dimensioni e per incredibile cura delle piante. Ci illustrano la villa nei dettagli. A quel punto il nostro umore è come quello di un bambino a Natale che si gusta la curiosità di scartare i regali. Ogni ambiente ci è piaciuto tantissimo da subito. Immaginatevi la sera nel salone, coi bimbi che giocano coi giochi di società, seduti davanti al camino sopra un caldo e scricchiolante pavimento di legno mentre gli adulti decidono l'escursione del giorno dopo. Siamo informatissimi sulle valli di Lanzo, ma troviamo nella libreria, ricca e ampia letteratura su tutto quello che si può fare in questi stupendi monti. La cucina ha elettrodomestici nuovi, oltre che belli. L'ultimo piano è da considerarsi un mini appartamento, con una seconda cucina, tavola e saletta. La villa Biino è un pezzo di storia, che viene fuori ogni volta che ci prendiamo un minuto per rilassarci: in giardino, in salotto o nelle poltroncine del bow window... Ci sono tre bagni con doccia. Valeria e Roberta ci hanno accolti con una genuina ospitalità, la stessa che abbiamo trovato in tutte le persone che abbiamo incontrato nelle valli: come i rifugiai del Vulpot al Lago di Malciaussia che ci hanno messo a tavola alle 15 passate con l'orgoglio di poter servire gente che si era attardata sui loro monti. Approfondite le ricerche sulle valli di Lanzo, terre ancora non stuprate dal turismo, e se vi piacciono soggiornate a villa Biino. Indimenticabile.
