In the resort 200 m from the centre of Uttendorf, 16 km from the centre of Kaprun, 19 km from the centre of Zell am See, in a central position, 500 m from the lake, 13 km from the skiing area. For shared use: property 1'000 m2 with meadow. Children's playground. In the house: lounge with TV, table tennis, storage room for bicycles. Motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Grocery 100 m, restaurant 400 m, bakery 20 m, bus stop "Stubachstrasse" 500 m, railway station "Zell am See" 18 km, bathing lake "Uttendorfer Erlebnisbadesee" 500 m. Tennis 400 m, gondola lift 13 km, ski bus stop 50 m, cross country ski track 400 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Panoramabahn Kitzbühler Alpen 13 km, Kaprun / Zell am See 17 km, Weissee Gletscher, Uttendorf 17 km. Hiking paths: Nationalpark Hohe Tauern.

No skilift close to this place

This place advertises that it is 400 meters close to a skilift. This is not true. The closest skilift is more the 1400 meters close and that is only for little kids. Actually the closest real skilift is more then 10 kilometers away. I feel cheated.

Interhome makes a great effort to ensure that guests are fully aware of the facilities offered in the area. We can confirm that the distances mention in our description are correct: Center Uttendorf in approx. 200 m. Neukirchen in approx. 16 km. Kaprun/Zell am See in approx. 20 km. 96 km. Ski run Panoramabahn in approx. 12 km. Areitbahn in approx. 20 km (Skigebiet Zell). Cross-country skiing trail in approx. 400 m. Thank you for your review.

prima basisappartement met mooi uitzicht

naar gelang prijs/kwaliteit, kleine woonkamer/keuken en ingericht met basis spullen waar wel wat aan gemoderniseerd mag worden en een slecht bed, mooi uitzicht achter op de bergen, geluidsoverlast van de kerk die dichtbij erg veel slaat, en een stroom. Wij konden prima uit de voeten met de Spar, verder niets in het dorp, maar omliggende mogelijkheden genoeg.
