For shared use: property 950 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn. Private: swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Public parking. Supermarket 1.8 km, restaurant 650 m, bus stop 750 m, railway station "Loulé" 4.8 km, sandy beach "Quarteira" 4.5 km, indoor swimming pool 4.4 km.
