New 3½ room apartment on the 1st floor, approx. 94m². Entrance to the living room with open-plan kitchen and garden seating area. One bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub. One room with two single beds. Bathroom with shower. Access via the outside staircase or with the lift. One parking space. Communal laundry room and ski/bike room. Pets are welcome.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The Chesa Stauffacherin, built in 2024, is located at the entrance to Pontresina. The railway station, bus stop, cross-country ski trails and restaurant are just a few minutes' walk away. Shopping facilities, other restaurants and an indoor swimming pool with outdoor pool can be found in the centre of Pontresina.

Responded very quickly to questions. Very simple and easy to use. The staff was excellent. We had a some questions and even got locked out and they were very responsive and also very pleasant. Garage is not really usable, practically impossible to park anything larger than a sub-compact car. The driveway is only one car wide, so not sure how this would work when all three apartments are occupied. For us this was not a problem as the other two apartments were empty. We had a very nice stay and had a very pleasant experience with Loga representatives.
