Tolle Lage mit toller Aussicht. Bis zum Zentrum ca. 3km gute Anbindung an Straßenbahn und Bus. Parkmöglichkeit nahe der Wohnung, fußläufig gute Einkehrmöglichkeiten, problemlose Kommunikation mit Vermieter, es hat uns sehr gefallen.

Top Lage und sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung

Pros: Schöner Ausblick auf Burg Griebichenstein und das Leben auf der Saale. Eigener Balkon vorhanden, auch die Ausstattung der modern eingerichteten Wohnung (Fußbodenheizung, Waschmaschine ect.) lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr nette und aufmerksame Vermieter vor Ort.

Silvester in Halle

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Saale mit Blick auf Burg Giebichenstein. Trotz guter Verkehrsanbindung sehr ruhig, sauber und gemütlich. 3Alles, was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht, vor allem in der Küche, ist vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Kommunikation ist ganz unkompliziert. Jedrzeit gerne wieder.

War super schön. Der Blick Abends auf die Burg war ein Highlight.

Pros: Es war sehr sauber und auch die Fußbodenheizung in der gesamten Wohnung ist eine schöne Annehmlichkeit. Alles modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen (über die Weihnachtsfeiertage) sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Cons: Ich hätte mir mehr Distanz von der Vermieterin gewünscht. Das man über WhatsApp (wie ich finde, sehr privat ist) kommuniziert, war mir fremd als Mieter. Sie war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend.
