Location was great and we loved having two bathrooms. Check in is a bit tricky to find the lock, I would make that part smoother for sure. Loved the view !

It was wonderful. We had a nice apartment that had everything we needed. It has a beautiful view of Toronto from every room. At night, I felt like a celebrity looking at the night skyline, but it was inexpensive. It was also located near restaurants and public transportation. We're planning to return every year. We're from Florida and enjoyed the cooler weather lol. I also loved the diversity among the immigrant groups in the city. My daughter is in college and now wants to go to grad school at the U of Toronto. We'll be back next year.

Neat and tidy flat with some great neighborhood restaurants. Easy walk to the harborfront, TTC Dundas station and AGO. Trolley right outside! We should have booked more time.

The apartment was neet and tidy on arrival, communication with the host was very easy and any questions where replayed to promptly. It was also nice that tea and coffee where provided and washing liquid for the washing machine, it was also nice that shower gels and shampoo was provided if needed.It was a pleasure staying in the apartment and would use again in any further travels to Toronto.

The property location is great, very convenient for all attractions. The apatment is on floor 27 of a building with 50 floors - however. 1 of the 3 elevators servicing the floor was out of service for the entire 2 week stay and appears to have been broken for several weeks. This resulted in very long waits to enter/exit - you can easily lose more than 1 hour per day depending on how many times you access. Management should make guests aware of this. We needed to use earplugs during nights due to street noise (car horns, sirens etc) indicates poor quality windows as this should not be an issue on 27th floor. Property windows not clean, check in area and elevators also dirty - builing maintence could be a lot better. No facility to store luggage before/after check in/out, despite there being a concierge desk on 5th floor which rental guest do not appear to be allowed to use.
