Family friendly Oceanfront Duplex at the Beach 🏖

3bed/3baths all Queen size beds plus sofa and pack'n play baby crib.
Everything is on one level!

Property details:
You are renting the downstairs apartment of our ocean front beach house.
The unit has a separate entrance, 3 bedrooms with 3 queen beds and a large sofa in the living room. Comfortable for 6 -7 people max.
There are 2 bathrooms, both have a bath tub, toilet and sink. Of course we have all the sheets and towels you will need, including beach towels.
The kitchen is fully stocked. The living room is bright and friendly with Roku TV and Wifi, book shelf and some games for kids.

You can see the backyard from the living room/kitchen through the large window and glass doors which makes this also perfect for families with small kids who like to play outside.
Outside, there is no one between you and the Atlantic Ocean!
You can watch daily fantastic sunrises a few steps from your bedroom and walk straight to the beach with your morning coffee in hand.
Enjoy the privat back yard with covered seating area, lounge chairs, dining table, or go on a relaxing beach walk and enjoy the ocean breeze until late at night.

We'd like you to know, that we are not at all bothered by happy noise, music, babies or friends having a good time! We often host families with kids or babies, or groups of friends and are familiar with the noise level this creates, so no need to be concerned during you visit! (That being said, always consider our neighbors after 10pm).
There is also a charcoal grill and some beach chairs available for guests. Our laundry and storage room with washer and dryer is separate from the apartment but our guests can use it for washing laundry.
Check-in:
If possible, we will welcome you when you arrive or say hello later, when we get back home.
In general we like to give our guests maximum privacy and reserve the entire downstairs patio and backyard area for them during their visit.
If you should need anything during your stay, you can always contact us and we or someone else will be able to assist you.

Disclaimer: Our beach house is in a relatively calm residential neighborhood.
This means we are NOT the right location for large loud parties.
But if your looking for a place to have a fun week or weekend with friends or family by the beach, we are the perfect place.

No dogs allowed!
Tiga our friendly cat lives outside and upstairs but is never allowed inside the downstairs.
