The apartment is situated on the fifth floor of a holiday complex (with elevator), nestled in the picturesque mountain landscape of the Styrian Salzkammergut region. From here, you can enjoy exceptional panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, the valley, and the diverse natural landscape – both from the spacious sofa area in the living room and from the covered balcony with comfortable seating.

The apartment is modernly and family-friendly furnished. The cozy living room with laminate flooring features a digital flat-screen TV (44 to 55 inches) with international channels, a large sofa, and a separate dining area. A total of three rooms are available, including two inviting bedrooms (carpeted floors) that ensure restful nights. A baby cot is available for families with children.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a four-burner electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, Senseo espresso machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and a full set of dishes and cutlery.
