797 - One-room apartment with a view of the Baltic Sea

Arrive and enjoy your vacation! You’ll feel right at home in this beautiful and bright one-room vacation apartment. From the balcony on the 10th floor, you’ll enjoy a wonderful view of Lübeck Bay. The apartment is approximately 42 square meters and is equipped to accommodate up to 4 people. The comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) is visually separated from the living area. The sofa converts into a bed (approx. 160 x 200 cm). The small kitchen opens onto the living area and dining table via a serving hatch. The bathroom with shower is located inside the apartment.
The beach is just a few steps away. Parking space included.

The vacation rental offers our guests free Wi-Fi during their stay.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them for a fee for the duration of your stay.

A laundry room is located on the premises and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take strolls; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the vacation park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beachside dining, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping options, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of Lübeck Bay offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
